Buffalo Trace Public Drawing for Distiller’s Dinner Series

We are excited to announce the expansion of our Distiller’s Dinner Series for the remainder of 2024 and 2025.  The demand for tickets to our Dinners Series has been tremendous.  In an effort to create a fairer and more equitable distribution of tickets for these dinners, we are moving to a Drawing system.  The Drawing for tickets will be open until October 23rd @ 10AM and cover the Distiller’s Dinner Series: Sazerac (occurring on Nov. 7th and 8th). All entries will be for 2 tickets ($350), and dates will be chosen at random for the winners. (There is no advantage to registering on the day registration opens.)

Drawing Entry Form

The Public Drawing is intended to be the fairest way of obtaining tickets to the Distiller’s Dinner Series, but please be aware that entry into the Drawing does not automatically entitle applicants to tickets, but a place in the drawing.

Entry into the Drawing will be open until October 23rd at 10AM.

Winners will be e-mailed on October 25th. Winners of the Drawing will have until October 28th at 10:00AM to purchase the two tickets for the day they were drawn for. Any unused tickets will be forfeited, alternates will be e-mailed on October 28th with the option to purchase. Alternate winners will have 48 hours to confirm purchase.

Individuals may only attend one Distiller’s Dinner per calendar year, beginning in 2025.

FAQs and Important Info

In order to discourage 3rd party mark-ups, tickets are not transferable. The name of the individual registering must be one of the two ticket holders the day of the event.

If you have missed the deadline, you will not be able to enter the Drawing for this particular series. However, you may enter for future events.

Those not selected for the Drawing will be automatically entered on the waitlist. We will only be using those initial entries for the waitlist. Waitlist winners will also be drawn randomly.

Note: any individuals who did receive the option to purchase and declined will not be on the waitlist for alternate dates.

Participants are permitted one entry per person, and/or e-mail address. Duplicate submissions, or duplicates under different e-mail addresses will result in all entries being removed.

A bottle is not included in the purchase price of a Distiller's Dinner. All attendees do however receive the opportunity to purchase a bottle not typically available in the gift shop on the evening of the event.

Each Drawing winner has the opportunity to purchase 2 tickets. We cannot guarantee any additional tickets.

Individuals may attend one Distiller’s Dinner per calendar year. Example: If a household has two residents. Both may sign up for the Drawing. However, if both individuals win the chance to purchase, and plan on attending together, they may only purchase for one date.

It is not possible to request tickets for specific days, as the day is chosen randomly by a computerized selection process.

Tickets to the Distiller’s Dinner Series are $350 for the 2 tickets.

Tickets are refundable up to 7 days prior to the event.

Any options to purchase are per individual with valid I.D., not ticket. Example: if an option to purchase a bottle is included with the ticket to the event, you may not purchase the second bottle if a member of your party is not present.

All sales are for 2 tickets.

Given the nature of the event, all guests, must be over 21. Pets are not permissible at the event. (Excludes ADA defined service animal).
