I work in what you might call the "Heart of the Distillery", the power of the plant. I run the boilers that generate steam that powers our cookers, the still, and the dryhouse. They also provide the steam for aging in the warehouse as well as the heat for every building at the Distillery.
Mother nature hasn't always been kind to our Distillery. We've had to battle major flooding, fires and tornadoes but we’ve always powered through and kept things going. I've seen a little bit of everything in my 40 years at the Distillery.
When you make bourbon this great, you'll do everything you can to keep things running smoothly.
