I began working in the Aging Warehouse Department in 1998. I mainly put up 'new entry' and withdrew aged barrels from the warehouse to be dumped for production. A year later I was lucky enough to be hired as Safety Coordinator.
The best thing about working here is the people I get to interact with each day. Everyone cares about one another and treats each other with respect, from the head of the company to the part time employees. The tour visitors are always friendly and excited to be here which makes you feel like you really do work at a great place.
If any of our employees are going through tough times – whether it's financial, medical or the death of a loved one, we always do what we can to help them out in their time of need. This has gone on prior to my arrival and will likely continue forever.
